Sparrow Gets Skewered on Slate
Columnist Bruce Reed portrays my main character as a fawning Romney groupie ... so Sparrow offers her rebuttal here. Meanwhile, Galleycat's Ron Hogan seems a lot more comfortable with my attempt at a character blog.

The greater world does not get kid/YA lit or the concept of "voice." But beyond that, this column had nothing to do with Sameera and everything to do with attacking the Romney children. The colunmist was hunting for material and grasped on your book.
The laugh is on him. He gave your character six paragraphs and linked to your cover at the end.
